Do you have time restrictions on when our event must begin and when it must end?
No, we don't have any restrictions on your event start time and end time. We like to remain flexible for all of our clients on the schedule of the event. 
Do you serve alcohol at your facilities?
Yes, we serve beer, wine, and champagne at our facilities. We also have access to rice liquors that can also be provided per special request. All alcohol must be served by us.
Do you have noise restrictions and what time does the music have to stop?
No, due to our secluded location of our venue we are not limited to a specific time that the music must stop. Music may go as late as the client desires.
When I rent your facility do you supply the tables and chairs?
Yes, we supply the tables and chairs for all of our events. Tables and chairs are included in your facility rental fee for both ceremony areas (wedding events) and reception areas.
Can we decorate at your facilities?
Yes, we recommend it! We will give you the opportunity to get into our facility as early as possible so that you have plenty of time to decorate.
How do I book a date on your calendar?
We require a deposit to book a date on our calendar. For wedding events we require a $400 deposit to hold the date of your wedding. All deposits are non-refundable but will be put towards your final balance.
Do you allow outside catering?
Yes, you have the option to use both our in house catering or the choice of your own.
How far in advance should I book your venue?
We begin booking our venue more than one year in advance. The earlier you book the more calendar availabilty you will have to choose from. I recommend booking as early as possible.
What type of special events do you do at your facilities?
Weddings, receptions, formals, proms, high school reunions, parties, fundraiser banquets, seminars, meetings and music events. Our space is available for a variety of events. Please give us a call at 530-624-7006 for more information.
What's included in your catering menu prices?
All of our catering menu prices include: table linens, napkins, table accents, dishware, water, lemonade, ice tea, coffee, bread, and clean up service.
